Finely dice the onion. Slice the brown mushrooms. Cut the leek into medium circles. Peel and cut the carrots into circles.
In a bowl, combine the minced meat with 1 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper powder, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, and 0.25 teaspoon chili flakes. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Form the seasoned minced meat into mini meatballs, about 1-2 cm in diameter. Set aside.
