This recipe uses a piece of ciabatta bread, ideally one that contains olives and feta for extra flavor, but any good quality ciabatta will work well.
Slice the ciabatta bread horizontally to create two halves for the sandwich.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Place both halves of the sliced ciabatta into the heated pan and toast until golden brown and slightly crispy on the cut sides. Remove from the pan.
