Cut the turkey into bite-size pieces.
Season the turkey pieces evenly with 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika, and ½–1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, depending on your preferred spiciness.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned turkey and cook until it's fully cooked through but still wonderfully juicy. Be careful not to overcook it!
