Preheat your oven to 200°C. Cut the broccoli into florets, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the brown mushrooms, deseed and slice the red paprika, and cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken and vegetables (broccoli, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, paprika). Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
Spread the seasoned mixture in a single layer on a large baking tray.
