Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine:
250g cottage cheese
1 tbsp date syrup
1 frozen banana (sliced)
100g frozen berries
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve and Garnish:
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Wash and slice:
2 kiwis
2 figs
Top the smoothie bowl with the sliced kiwis, figs, 30g raspberries, and 30g blueberries.
Serve immediately.
