Raspberry Figs Chia Bowl: A delightful and nutritious breakfast bowl packed with chia seeds, oats, fresh berries, and figs, topped with a hint of bee pollen and passion fruit for a vibrant and energizing start to your day.

Soak the Seeds:
In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 teaspoon flaxseeds, and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds with 330 ml coconut milk.
Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the seeds to soak and thicken.
In a separate small bowl, soak 10 walnuts in water for at least 1 hour before serving.
Prepare the Fruits:
Wash 2 figs, 50g raspberries, and 50g blueberries.
Slice the figs into desired shapes.
Assemble the Chia Bowl:
In two serving bowls, divide the soaked chia seed mixture evenly.
Arrange the sliced figs, raspberries, and blueberries on top of the chia mixture.
Drain the soaked walnuts and place them on top of the fruit.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon maple syrup over each bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen to each bowl.
Scoop the pulp out of 1 passion fruit and distribute it between the two bowls.
