Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Wash 300 g potatoes thoroughly.
Slice the potatoes thinly with the skin on using a mandoline.
Arrange the sliced potatoes on the first baking tray in a single layer.
Coat the sliced potatoes with 0.5 tbsp olive oil spray.
Season the potatoes with 0.5 tsp salt.
Sprinkle 0.5 tsp black pepper over the potatoes.
Sprinkle 0.5 tsp garlic powder evenly over the potatoes.
Place the tray of potato slices into the preheated oven.
Bake the potatoes for 12 minutes.
Pat 300 g salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Place the salmon fillets onto the second prepared baking tray.
Coat the salmon fillets with 0.5 tbsp olive oil spray.
Season the salmon fillets with 0.5 tsp salt.
Sprinkle 0.5 tsp black pepper over the salmon fillets.
Sprinkle 0.5 tsp garlic powder over the salmon fillets.
Scatter 1 tsp dried dill evenly over the top of the salmon fillets.
Place the baking tray with the seasoned salmon fillets into the oven alongside the potato chips.
Bake both trays together for 15 minutes.
Remove both baking trays from the oven.
Transfer the baked salmon fillets onto serving plates.
Arrange the crispy potato chips beside the salmon.
