Cook / fry gnocchi
Sauté mushrooms for 3-4 minutes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme (they should still have a good bite); set aside
In the same pan, briefly sauté tomatoes in the remaining olive oil for 1-2 minutes; set aside
In the same pan, combine the previously cooked gnocchi (optional: fry them) with pesto
Serve: Salad, pesto gnocchi, tomatoes, mushrooms, Parmesan, pine nuts
