Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a medium bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Add the finely grated small carrot
Add egg
Add 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
Add 3 tablespoons of oat flour
Add ½ teaspoon of baking powder to the mashed banana.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until you have a smooth, well-combined batter.
Pour the batter into a small, greased ramekin.
