Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and wash the carrots.
Cut the carrots in halves.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the halved carrots on the tray.
Drizzle the carrots with olive oil.
Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano to taste.
Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped garlic head on the tray with the carrots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
