Peel and cut the potatoes into even, bite-sized pieces.
Place the cut potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
Drain the potatoes. In the same pot, melt 40g of butter over medium heat.
Add the drained potatoes and toss gently to coat. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden and buttery.
