Pan-fried Pork Schnitzel served with buttered Spätzle noodles and simple green peas.

Cook Schnitzel:
Season 2 Pork Schnitzel with Salt and Pepper.
Fry in Butter over medium-high heat for 1.5 min per side until golden. Keep warm.
Cook Peas:
Heat Green Peas with a little water in a pan until water evaporates.
Add Butter and Salt; toss to coat (1 min).
Fry Spätzle:
Melt Butter in a pan; add Spätzle Noodles.
Fry, tossing, for 2-3 min until heated through.
Serve:
Arrange Schnitzel, Spätzle, and Peas on plates.
Optionally add peppercorn sauce.
