EGG RICE WITH MUSHROOMS

Cook the rice

Peel and finely chop the garlic

Slice the mushrooms.

Heat the oil and fry the eggs. Stir constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom. (like when you make scrambled eggs).

Season the eggs immediately with curry powder and chopped garlic so the aroma spreads. Push them briefly to the side of the pan

Add the mushrooms and fry them along

Add the soy sauce, mix everything well

Then add the tomato paste

After that, the fish sauce

Finally, gradually add the rice and mix well.

If you want it spicy, you can sprinkle chili oil over it.

For decoration, some parsley/coriander or fried onions.
