For the filling, knead feta, cheese, spinach, spices (pepper, salt, hot paprika, chili, cumin) and herbs (parsley, dill, possibly onion) into a mass.
For the sauce, mix milk, melted butter, and eggs together.
Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom of the baking sheet.
Then layer according to the following principle: Yufka, sauce, filling.
After the last layer of filling, add another layer of Yufka (so everything is covered) and sauce on top.
Sprinkle with black cumin.
Bake at 180°C for approx. 20-40 min. (just check when it's done)
Tastes terribly good. A fresh tomato salad and strong black tea go well with it.
