Grate carrots.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, nuts, spices (cinnamon or similar), and a pinch of salt together.
Stir in fat and eggs.
Fold in carrots until it's a smooth mixture.
Put into the baking pan and bake for approx. 40min at approx. 180°C.
Spread the cooled cake with the glaze made from powdered sugar, lemon juice, and cream cheese.
