Get all your ingredients ready: the Toast Bread, Ham slices, and Gouda Cheese
Lay out two slices of Toast Bread. On each slice, place two slices of Ham and one slice of Gouda Cheese.
Place the remaining two slices of Toast Bread on top to create two sandwiches.
Heat a frying pan or a grill press over medium heat.
Place the sandwiches in the hot pan or press. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the Toast Bread is golden brown and crispy, and the Gouda Cheese is beautifully melted and gooey.
Carefully remove the toasties from the pan or press.
Cut them in half diagonally if you like.
Serve hot with Ketchup on the side for dipping.
