Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.
If you have whole peanuts, chop them finely in a blender.
Mix rice flour with sugar in a bowl.
Then mix in the mashed banana until a mass forms.
Spread thin, evenly thick patties onto a banana leaf.
Wrap the patties with the banana leaf. The patties should be evenly thin (max. 1cm thick).
Steam for about 30 min (e.g., rice cooker or steamer with a steaming basket).
Unwrap the steamed patties from the banana leaf and enjoy warm.
You can eat it with yogurt or vanilla sauce.
You can omit the sugar completely. The bananas will make it sweet enough.
