Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
If you have whole peanuts, chop them finely in a blender.
Mix rice flour with sugar in a bowl.
Then mix in the mashed banana until a mass forms.
Spread thin patties evenly thick onto a banana leaf.
Wrap the patties with the banana leaf. The patties should be uniformly thin (max. 1cm thick).
Steam for about 30 min (e.g., rice cooker or steamer pot with a steaming insert).
Unwrap the steamed patties from the banana leaf and enjoy warm.
You can eat it with yogurt or vanilla sauce.
You can omit the sugar completely. The bananas will make it sweet enough.
