Cook the pasta according to package directions, or prepare your favorite recipe for fresh pasta.
Peel and roughly chop the onions and garlic.
Heat the oil. Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent (don't let them brown).
Add the almond milk. Let it simmer briefly.
Then finely blend with an immersion blender.
Add the almond butter and mix well.
Separate the parsley from the stems.
Heat oil and fry the parsley in it. Drain on paper towels.
Arrange on a plate; if you like, you can also eat it with coarsely chopped almonds.
