Shrimp Broccoli Pasta with Cheddar: A creamy and comforting pasta dish featuring tender shrimp, crispy broccoli florets, and a rich cheddar cheese sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add 200g pasta (your choice of shape) and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Prepare the Cream Sauce:
Return the cooked pasta to the pot.
Add 100 ml cream and 100g grated cheddar cheese.
Stir until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Boil and Crisp the Broccoli:
In a separate pot, boil 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets, for about 3–4 min until just tender.
Drain the water and transfer the broccoli to a frying pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
Fry for another 2–3 min until crispy and slightly golden brown.
Add the crispy broccoli to the pasta.
Cook the Shrimps:
In the same pan, add another 1 tablespoon butter and 2 minced garlic cloves.
Sauté the garlic for 1 min until fragrant.
Add 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined, and cook for 2–3 min on each side until pink and cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked shrimp to the pasta.
Serve:
Gently mix everything together.
Serve in bowls and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
Enjoy immediately.
