A quick and comforting meal featuring tender chicken bites and sweet green peas tossed with buttery Spätzle.

Season the chicken:
Season the 300 g chicken bites with Salt, Black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Cook the chicken:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 min, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Set aside.
Boil the peas:
In a small pot, bring water to a boil.
Add the 200 g green peas and cook until tender (about 5 min for fresh peas, 3 min for frozen).
Drain and set aside.
Cook the Spätzle:
If using store-bought spätzle, follow package instructions for cooking.
For fresh, cook in boiling salted water until they float to the surface, then drain.
Sauté the Spätzle:
In a large pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and add the cooked 250 g spätzle.
Sauté for a few minutes until lightly golden.
