These pumpkin chocolate bars are a decadent and healthy treat, perfect for any occasion. The combination of pumpkin and banana creates a smooth and creamy base, while the dark chocolate adds a rich and intense flavor.

Prepare the pumpkin:
Boil or steam the 400 g Pumpkin until tender.
Mash the pumpkin with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
Prepare the banana:
Peel and mash the 1 Banana with a fork until smooth.
Combine the pumpkin and banana:
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed pumpkin and mashed banana until smooth.
Melt the chocolate:
Chop the 400 g Dark Chocolate into small pieces.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Combine and spread:
Add the melted chocolate to the pumpkin and banana mixture and stir well to combine.
Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
Finish and serve:
Once set, sprinkle with Sea Salt.
Cut into bars and serve.
