With a mixer, whisk the egg whites until they become fluffy and form soft peaks.
In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the 25 ml Milk, Vanilla Extract, and 1 pinch Salt. Whisk to combine.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the egg whites, along with the 1 tsp Baking Powder and 1 tbsp Flour. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
