Natural Schnitzel with Baby Potatoes is a comforting European-inspired dish featuring tender pork schnitzels paired with golden, crispy baby potatoes enhanced with fragrant garlic and fresh dill.

Prepare the Baby Potatoes
Wash 300 grams Baby Potatoes thoroughly.
Boil them in salted water for about 10 min until they are tender but still firm.
Drain and set aside.
Cook the Schnitzels
Season 2 Pork Schnitzels with Salt and Pepper.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp Butter.
Sauté the schnitzels for about 3–4 min on each side until golden and fully cooked.
Remove the schnitzels from the pan and cover to keep warm.
Fry the Baby Potatoes
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp Butter and let it melt.
Add the boiled baby potatoes and fry until they develop a golden, crispy surface.
Mince 2 Garlic Cloves and add them to the pan, cooking for an additional 1 min until fragrant.
Add Fresh Dill
Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle a handful of chopped Dill over the potatoes.
Serve
Plate the pork schnitzels alongside the golden baby potatoes.
Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
