Chicken with Green Beans and Rice is a hearty Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring tender Chicken Breast sautéed in Butter with aromatic seasonings, served alongside crisp Green Beans and fluffy Basmati Rice.

Prepare the Chicken
Cut 600 grams Chicken Breast into bite-sized pieces.
Season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp Butter over medium heat.
Sauté the chicken pieces until they develop a golden crust.
Cook the Green Beans
Wash and trim 400 grams Green Beans.
In a pot, add the green beans with enough water and a pinch of Salt.
Boil until tender, then drain.
Add the cooked green beans to the pan with the chicken.
Prepare the Rice
Rinse the Basmati Rice (about ½ cup) under cold water.
In a small pot, combine the rinsed rice, 1½ cups Water, and a knob of Butter.
Bring to a boil on high heat with the lid on.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover, and cook for 20 min until the rice is tender.
Assemble and Serve
Spoon a serving of the cooked rice onto a plate.
Top with the chicken and green beans mixture.
