Beef Buddha Bowl is a wholesome, balanced bowl featuring tender beef, fluffy rice, crisp green beans, and fresh green onion, all topped with a soft-boiled egg for added richness.

Prepare the Rice
Rinse 1 cup Rice thoroughly.
In a small pot, add the washed rice, 1½ cups water, and a knob of Butter.
Bring to a boil over high heat with the lid on.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10–15 min until tender.
Cook the Beef
Slice 300 grams Beef into thin strips.
Heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the beef strips until they form a crispy crust and reach your desired doneness.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Prepare the Eggs
Place 2 Eggs in a small pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, then cook for 6 min for soft-boiled eggs (or 10 min for hard-boiled).
Cool the eggs in cold water, peel, and cut them in half.
Cook the Green Beans
Wash and trim the Green Beans.
Boil until tender, then drain.
Sauté in a small pan with a little Butter and a pinch of Salt.
Assemble the Bowl
Spoon the cooked rice into a serving bowl.
Arrange the beef strips over the rice.
Add the sautéed green beans and a generous sprinkle of chopped Green Onion.
Top with the halved eggs.
Serve
