Mashed Potatoes
Peel 8 medium Potatoes.
Boil 8 medium Potatoes in salted water until soft (15–20 minutes).
Drain and mash the Potatoes until smooth.
In a bowl, mix 50 grams Butter with 100 ml Milk.
Gradually stir the butter-milk mixture into the mashed potatoes.
Season with Nutmeg, Salt, and Pepper.
Bavarian Sausages
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Cook 10 Bavarian Sausages until crispy and golden brown (8–10 minutes), turning occasionally.
Salad
Halve 10 Cherry Tomatoes.
Slice ½ Cucumber.
Shred ½ head Iceberg Salad.
Slice 10 Black Olives.
Crumble 50 grams Feta Cheese.
In a bowl, combine the Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Iceberg Salad, Black Olives, and Feta Cheese.
Add 2 tbsps Pesto and toss gently.
Serve
Plate the mashed potatoes with the crispy Bavarian sausages.
Serve the fresh salad on the side.
