Prepare the Avocado Mousse
In a bowl, mash 1 ripe avocado until smooth.
Stir in 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp chili flakes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the Eggs
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp butter.
Crack in 2 eggs and fry until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
Prepare the Bagels
Slice 2 bagels in half.
Spread 4 tbsp cream cheese evenly on all halves.
Assemble the Bagels
