Grease the quiche pan or spray it with baking spray.
Place 1 package of ready-made quiche dough into the pan and press the edges. Trim off any excess dough with a knife.
Cut 100 g Camembert into small pieces.
Spread them evenly over the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, whisk together
4 eggs
250 ml cream
100 g milk
½ tsp salt and
a generous pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
Slice 2 figs.
Roughly chop 1 handful of walnuts.
Pour the egg-cream mixture onto the dough base.
Distribute the fig slices and chopped walnuts evenly on top. Make sure some figs protrude slightly from the mixture for an appealing look.
Cut ½ bunch of fresh chives into fine rolls and sprinkle half over it.
Bake the quiche at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes in the oven.
Before serving, sprinkle the finished quiche with the remaining fresh chives.
