Mix ½ tsp sea salt,

Sear the veggie chicken strips (2 packs) together with the spice mix in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil until crispy.
Grate one cucumber finely and press 1–2 garlic cloves.

Spread the tzatziki on 2 dürüm flatbreads.
