Cut 8 sheets of rice paper into strips.
Mix 3 tbsp vegan BBQ sauce with 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Soak 2 strips of rice paper each for about 20 seconds in water.
Place both strips on top of each other and coat them on both sides with the BBQ mixture.
Place all coated rice paper strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake them for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) in the oven until crispy.
Check them occasionally so they don't get too dark.
