Fancy a quick, savory snack without spending ages in the kitchen? Then you absolutely have to try my tarte flambée pretzels! Onions, bell peppers, and a good helping of cheese provide a hearty flavor and satisfy those in-between hunger pangs. The crème fraîche base also makes the pretzels wonderfully juicy. Of course, you have plenty of freedom when it comes to toppings. For example, you can top them with tomatoes and Parmesan and sprinkle fresh arugula over them after baking – simply delicious! If you're expecting visitors, the tarte flambée pretzels are a real hit and super easy to prepare.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the 3 frozen pretzels on it. Let them thaw for about 10 minutes. Then, use your finger to lightly flatten the surface of the pretzels so that the topping adheres better.
Spread 150 g of crème fraîche evenly on the pretzels. Then add the 2 spring onions cut into fine rings and the finely diced 1 bell pepper. Sprinkle the whole thing with 150 g of grated cheddar.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the pretzels for 18 minutes, until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted nicely.
Let the pretzels cool slightly, sprinkle them with fresh chives, and serve them with the remaining crème fraîche. Enjoy!
